
1. We accept payments by three methods. Cash, Cheque and online via Paypal. Please ask for more information on Paypal services if nessesary.
2. All property belongs to RB Fencing until a cheque has cleared, if the cheque fails to clear the right to take materials back is solely ours.
3. We require all customers to fill in/or let us complete on their behalf a short form the first time they order with us. Basic details such as business name and full address including postcode and contact number. This will enable us to gain a knowledge of the customer and should they wish to multiple order from us our service may be substantially quicker e.g. if delivery is required.
4. It is impossible for us to guarantee our fencing panels against the movement of wood as this is a natural reaction to moisture loss and is clearly out of our control. Panels are made to the best of our ability and are what we consider a high quality panel. A customer should seek advise to preserve their fencing panel/s.
5. All measurements are approximate.
6. All quantity amounts are approximate.
8. Please contact us if you wish to collect your order beforehand. Then we will arrange a time for you to collect and give the address to our work yard.
Terms and Conditions for Delivery of Items.
1. Delivery is available depending on the amount of material you require and the location that you are in. Each customers needs are individual in terms of delivery. Please contact us and do ask about delivery, we will do our best to help. A small charge may have to be paid for delivery for fuel costs.
2. If delivery is arranged. We will require customer name, address including postcode and contact telephone number either a landline or mobile, preferably both if possible.
3. You will receive a telephone call on the day of delivery. Only once we have spoken to the customer confirmed their order and contact details, then our driver will set on to your given address.
4. Before goods are unloaded payment is required. You will receive a bill with all details on of your order and a break down of costs.
5. Once all payment is received and you have checked the order. Our driver will assist you in unloading the materials.
If you are unable to lift any items please let us know either before we set off or at the delivery address. We accept no responsibility for injury caused to anybody or any items of property. We will place your order at the nearest place/point that we see appropriate. E.g. By the nearest gate or by the house. This choice will be made by our driver.
6. Delivery will only take place on working days Monday-Friday and exclude bank holidays. Delivery times will be between 8am and 4pm.Please note we cannot guarantee time of delivery, only an estimate. If you require any other day or time, please get in touch and we will endeavour to help.
7. We will require 48 hours notice on all orders. |
